The calculator works with a simple mast anchored in one level and on the top of the mast there is an antenna placed. When counting, the calculator supposes that the height from the ground to the place where the rope is tied to the mast is much bigger than the distance between the place where the rope is tied to the mast and the antenna on the top. The mast is considered to be a solid tube determined by external and internal diameter. After entering all the necessary data (heights and distances, parameters of the antenna, material of the mast, speed of the wind), the system will count the forces exerting on the ropes and the mast. Moreover, it will provide you with the assessment of the safety of the construction as a whole in term of the selected mast.

The results can also be used as an orientation map for construction of a mast with anchoring in more levels.
